Our App
To ensure seamless and secure order processing, we use the “Dumpling” app to process service orders and payments. This user-friendly app allows you to effortlessly place service orders and make payments, providing you with a secure and hassle-free experience.
Your Personal Information & Order Contents are Secure
When placing a service order, you enter your payment information directly into the Dumpling app. This information is securely stored and processed via Stripe. This means that neither your Personal Shopper, nor the Dumpling team have access to your card information. View the Dumpling privacy policy here.

Your orders are insured for up to $200. Any loss or damage to the items during delivery is covered under this limit. For instance, if your personal shopper/delivery driver accidentally drops the eggs you ordered with your grocery delivery or a pizza ordered with your hot food delivery, you will receive compensation for the value of the damaged product, up to $200. Time and location stamped photos will be taken throughout the delivery process.
